Even the most positive person can feel un-inspired
My last post was one of taking charge, owning up, feeling sooo positive...Now I feel completely and utterly uninspired. Not depressed, just uninspired. It's not often I do actually, but I feel so blah I ended up eating "knäckebröd" for lunch yesterday because I couldn't even be bothered trying to figure out what or where to eat. Even food bores me. Let's not even talk about the dinner I cooked last night...Good grief. So what to do?! We have all this time to do something useful and fun with and I can't seem to get my thumbs out to do a single meaningful thing. Though I did manage to lure my friend over the other day to sew and make patterns etc which was fun, but we were both moving on half-speed. Both feeling exactly the same lethargy and blah-ness.
I found this article by Dylan Buckley online and even though I know all this already, I'm going to give it a go. I did actually bring out my big aqua velour clad notebook that I usually carry around with me to make notes in, doodle or make sketches in a couple of weeks ago when I started feeling this way....The pages remain blank.
